NCIDQ Board of Directors News NCIDQ Appoints New Public Board Member
NCIDQ would like to introduce its new public member for the 2008-2009 Board of Directors. On June 24, 2008, the NCIDQ Board of Directors accepted the Nominating Committee's recommendation of James L. Brothers as the public member of the Board. The Board appointed Brothers per the bylaws to fill a vacancy created when Beth Holst resigned to become Vice President of Credentialing at the Green Building Certification Institute. Brothers will serve through 2009. The Board and NCIDQ are pleased to welcome Brothers to the organization.

Exam News Spring 2008 Exam Results
Nearly 1,500 candidates took at least one section of the exam.
The pass rates for the three sections were:
- Section I (Principles and Practices of Interior Design): 75%
- Section II (Contract Documents and Administration): 69%
- Section III (Schematics and Design Development): 80%
